Agentic AI systems
Production-minded agents designed around real tools, state, memory, recovery, and human oversight.
// About
Zen Solutions is Hans Havlik's consulting and education platform at the intersection of enterprise AI, cloud architecture, and technical education. The work starts with a practical question: what can a team actually run, inspect, improve, and own?
// The work
Zen Solutions helps organizations move from AI prototypes to production systems: agentic workflows, cloud deployment paths, evaluation loops, integrations, and the operating discipline that keeps them useful.
The goal is not to add AI to a process because the market expects it. The goal is to build the right harness around the model: context, tools, structure, verification, governance, and judgment.
01
Production-minded agents designed around real tools, state, memory, recovery, and human oversight.
02
Deployment paths, infrastructure as code, observability, and operational ownership for systems that need to run reliably.
03
Data pipelines and workflows that connect fragmented tools, trigger useful actions, and reduce manual operational drag.
04
Websites and business infrastructure that clients own, control, and can maintain without being trapped by a vendor.
// Who is behind it
Hans is an AI Solutions Architect with ten years as a developer and technical builder, including five years in enterprise AI delivery. His work has included multi-agent orchestration, agentic harness design, RAG and recommendation pipelines, predictive AI and ML, and Azure DevOps automation across aerospace, global logistics, financial services, healthcare, IT, knowledge management, and project management.
He builds from a practitioner posture: direct experience, precise claims, and honest attention to failure modes. The systems matter. The people who use and direct them matter more.
Build with intention. Scale with clarity. Keep the keys in the client's hands.
// Learn and connect
Zen Solutions publishes practical tutorials, architecture breakdowns, long-form writing, and open-source tools. The free Practitioner's Field Manual is the starting artifact for builders who want a grounded path through the current AI landscape.
Start with the problem, the operating context, and what must still work when the prototype becomes a real system.
