// Frequently asked questions

Questions about the work.

A direct account of what Zen Solutions is, who it serves, what it builds, and where to start.

What is Zen Solutions?

Zen Solutions is Hans Havlik's consulting and education platform for enterprise AI, cloud architecture, and technical education. It helps teams move from AI prototypes to production systems through architecture, delivery, automation, and practical learning resources.

Who is Zen Solutions for?

Zen Solutions serves organizations that need to design, build, and deploy AI or ML systems. It also serves learners and developers who want to understand the work well enough to build their own systems, plus a community of peers and students working through shared projects.

What services does Zen Solutions provide?

The work centers on agentic AI systems, cloud AI and DevOps, automation and integrations, and web, hosting, and business systems. Each engagement begins with the practical operating context, not a preselected tool.

How does Zen Solutions approach AI work?

The model is only one part of the system. The harness around it matters: context, tools, structured workflows, verification, governance, ownership, and judgment. Zen Solutions designs for systems teams can inspect, run, improve, and trust.

Who is Hans Havlik?

Hans is an AI Solutions Architect with ten years as a developer and technical builder, including five years in enterprise AI delivery. His work includes multi-agent orchestration, agentic harness design, AI and ML pipelines, Azure DevOps automation, and the operational systems around production delivery. Read the full About page.

What is the Practitioner's Field Manual?

The Practitioner's Field Manual is a free Zen Solutions resource for people who want a grounded path through the current AI landscape. It covers practitioner levels, disciplines, security and governance, when not to use AI, and a 90-day path for serious builders. You can get it from the homepage.

Where can I learn from Zen Solutions?

Free tutorials and builds are on YouTube. Long-form writing is on Substack. Public code and tools are on GitHub.

Is The Zen Signal newsletter available?

Not yet. The Zen Signal is planned as a weekly curated dispatch across AI in practice, technology and tools, leadership, and presence. The homepage has a launch waitlist that sends one notification when it is ready.

How can I work with Zen Solutions?

Schedule a conversation through the booking page. Bring the actual problem, the operating context, who owns the system, and what must still work when a prototype becomes production.

How does Zen Solutions handle personal data?

The site collects information only when you submit the Field Manual form or explicitly join The Zen Signal launch waitlist. Read the privacy policy for the specific data, processors, and request path.
