This site collects limited personal data when you request the AI Practitioner's Field Manual or explicitly join The Zen Signal launch waitlist. It uses no advertising pixels, no first-party cookies for behavioral tracking, and no cross-site profiling. Aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement is described in Section 5.
1. Who We Are
Zen Solutions is an AI architecture and consulting practice operated by Hans Havlik. This website (zen-solutions.dev) is an informational site with a Field Manual request form and an optional newsletter launch waitlist. You can reach us for privacy matters via Discord (see Section 7).
2. Data We Collect Directly
When you request the AI Practitioner's Field Manual, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and an optional phone number. We use this information to send the resource, record the request, and send occasional Zen Solutions emails as described next to the form.
When you explicitly join The Zen Signal launch waitlist, we collect your email address and consent record. We use it only to send one notification when the newsletter launches. The Zen Signal is not currently sending.
The site also stores a local browser preference named zs-banner-dismissed when you dismiss the Field Manual banner. It contains no personal information and prevents the banner from reappearing on that browser.
We do not provide user accounts. Clicking a "Book a call" button opens an external Google Calendar booking page, where Google's privacy policy applies.
3. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services process data in connection with this site. We have no control over their data practices.
Cloudflare — Hosting & CDN
This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes all incoming requests and may log IP addresses, user agents, and other standard HTTP request data for security and performance purposes. Cloudflare may also set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Google Fonts — Typography
This site loads fonts (Cormorant Garamond, Syne, JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts. Your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address and user agent. See Google's Privacy Policy. Google Fonts does not use these requests for ad targeting.
Google Calendar — Scheduling
The "Book a call" CTA links to an external Google Calendar booking page. Following this link takes you off this website; Google's privacy policy governs any data you provide there.
Supabase — Form storage
Field Manual requests and Zen Signal waitlist signups are stored in a Supabase database so Zen Solutions can deliver the requested resource and maintain the waitlist. Supabase processes this data as a service provider for Zen Solutions. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Resend — Field Manual email delivery
When you request the Field Manual, your email address and first name are sent to Resend to deliver the resource email. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

This site contains outbound links to external platforms. Clicking them takes you off zen-solutions.dev and those platforms' own privacy policies apply. The linked services include:

5. Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement: page views, referrers, country, browser, and device type. It is used to understand which pages are useful and whether the site works, nothing more.
Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies and writes nothing to localStorage or any other device storage. It does not fingerprint visitors by IP address, User-Agent, or any other signal, and it does not track anyone across sites or sessions. Because it stores and accesses no information on your device, it does not require a cookie consent banner under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, and it is designed to meet the conditions for consent-exempt audience measurement set out by the French CNIL. We disclose it here regardless.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking or advertising tool, and we will not add one. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
6. Your Rights
For data submitted through the Field Manual form or The Zen Signal waitlist, you may request that we confirm, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- Request confirmation of whether we hold your personal data
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of that data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (EU/EEA residents: your national DPA; UK residents: the ICO; California residents: the CPPA)
For data held independently by third-party services (Cloudflare, Google, and external platforms), you will need to exercise your rights directly with those services using the links in Section 3 and Section 4. This page describes the site's current implementation and is not legal advice.
